we don’t understand

the beginning of may this year we found out our father has a rectal tumor and stage 4 liver cancer. he has had many ups and downs the last five months! currently he is not doing very well. today our mother had a ct scan. the reason for this ct scan was because in the previous week or so she has been experiencing tingling in her right arm and the side of her face. the results were that she has a tumor in the left side of her brain the size of a golf-ball. friday she will be seeing a neuro surgeon and we will know much more after that.

we request that visiting hours would be:

weekdays and saturday: 8am-830pm

sundays: 1pm-830pm

and on the 13 (thursday of this week) no visitors after 430pm

thursday is their 27th wedding anniversary

thank you all in advance for your prayers and support

we will try our best to keep y’all updated through this blog.

With God as our strength – the petersheim family

Barb and family..my heart cries for you..I keep talking to God concerning your family, thinkin about you alot, just know you are loved and we care, we will continue to lift you to the throne, you were on my heart this morn. then I came across this and it fit so well I wanta share it with you,..sometimes we find ourselves in what feels like a hopeless valley without the strength to go on, when this happens its important to claim Gods promises,

We’re praying for all of you… there’s no way we can know how deep your pain, or how confusing your feelings, even though we hurt so much for you. Just remember that whether it feels like it or not, GOD does know… and whether it feels like it or not HE CARES, and is holding you in the palm of His hand.
